Engineer (Degree Fresh Graduate)

• Assist in Equipment and Process Design: Work with senior engineers to design, update, and optimize manufacturing equipment and systems used in the paper packaging production process. • Technical Drawings: Create and modify technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD for new machinery, product designs, or factory layouts. • Process Improvement: Support the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality. • AI and Automation Support: Assist in the integration of AI tools and automation software for process control, predictive maintenance, and optimization of production workflows. • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Aid in troubleshooting technical issues on the production floor and assist in developing preventive maintenance plans for machinery. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report data related to production performance, quality control, and system efficiency. • Project Support: Provide support for new product development and packaging solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry standards. • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Quality Control, Production, and R&D, to ensure the seamless execution of projects and the continuous improvement of manufacturing operations. • Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications, for internal records and compliance purposes.
