Boilerman (Grade 1)

Job Descriptions: • To maintain & operate the boilers ensure running in good conditions & operate in the most effective & efficient manner in daily operation. • Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of boiler equipment, including cleaning, adjusting, and repairing components as needed. • Monitoring and regulating boiler pressure, temperature, and water levels to maintain optimal operating conditions. • Troubleshooting and resolving any boiler-related issues or malfunctions in a timely manner • Maintaining detailed records of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and any repairs or replacements. • Recording and maintaining accurate logs of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and any incidents for regulatory compliance and future reference. • Ensuring all boiler operations are conducted in compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards. • Any other task that had been assigned by superior from time to time. Requirements: • Boilerman Grade 1 certification issued by DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia). • At least 2 years of experience in boiler operation and maintenance. • Candidate must be able to work on overtime and also must be able to commit shift hours. • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of boiler systems, including their components, operation, and maintenance requirements. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve boiler-related issues. • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all relevant safety regulations and procedures. • Candidate must be high discipline and responsibilities attitude. • Ability to work in a team and independently. • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
