To assist the Logistic and Purchasing Manager and lead a team of logistic crew to: • Lead, motivate and train logistic crew in their day-to-day functions, duties, and responsibilities. • Oversee and monitor goods, ingredients, products quality, quantity, stock levels, and delivery times. This includes organizing the store/warehouse, categorizing goods, ingredients, and processing shipments, and overseeing the movement, storage, and managing the distribution of goods to the outlets. • Plan and purchase relevant products and ingredients based on the store/warehouse stock level as well as projection by the logistic and purchasing manager. • Plan, implement & manage store/warehouse and logistics processes and tasks. • Ensure accurate and complete accounting, reporting, and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are accurately maintained. • Implement and/or utilize all the policies and procedures and ensure that the store/warehouse operations are running smoothly. • Ensure all equipment in the store/warehouse is properly maintained in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule. • Store / warehouse safety management, pest control, handling damaged products, and implementing safety policies, and overseeing any defects if required. • Plan, deliver products to the outlets efficiently while maintaining the quality. • Coordinate with Sales Manager / Shift Managers, to deliver catering products to customers efficiently while maintaining the quality. • Plan and maintain vehicles on a regular basis to ensure good operating conditions. Report vehicle status in accordance with the company’s format, after each usage. • Undertake ad-hoc projects/duties as required.
