Process Technician

To be qualified and perform manual visual inspection of the ampoules/vials. to operate the Packaging machines for leak test, inspection,labelling,blistering and cartoning process. to assist leader in the changeover and maintance of machines in Production during shift hour. to comply to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. to ensure that products are made according to BMR and BPR. To ensure that all process/activities are recorded in logbook/forms promptly and correctly as per GDP and GMP. To ensure and assist in the smooth running of production according to schedule and meet approved quality standard. To perform housekeeping in Production. To clean and sanitize cleanrooms in Production. To undertake any other duties as directed by the immediate Supervisor and Management as and when required.
