Job Scope /Responsibilities: • Manage technical projects, ensuring they meet business goals, and facilitate coordination between technical and commercial teams for successful implementation. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their technical and business needs. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships. • Collaborate with the technical team to design customized solutions and provide technical support. • Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure business deals and drive sales. • Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, costs, and specifications are met. • Stay updated on industry trends and maintain accurate records and reports for Management. • To undertake other jobs assigned by superiors as required. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, Agronomy, Horticultural Science or a related field. • 2-3 years in a techno-commercial role, preferably in the oil palm industry or related. • Experience with managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and handling technical queries. • Willing to travel extensively and enjoy working outdoors. • Possess own transport.
