Requirements •Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management, Marketing or related field •At least 3 years of working experience in HR department with hands-on experience handling recruitment function •Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English •Strong understanding HR best practices, employment laws, statutory requirements and regulations •Meticulous and have attention to details and ability to handle confidential information. •Able to take initiative and proactive at work, independent and problem-solving. •Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously •Ability to work independently and a good team player. •Good in communication skill and able to maintain good relationship with all levels of employees (line managers, HODS & top management) with proven ability to do so. Responsibility •Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates. •Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. •Conduct interviews (across 2 office locations) and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. •Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices. •Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. •Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of hiring strategies. •Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings. •Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice. •Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. •Other ad hoc tasks/ HR projects that could be assigned from time to time by management.
