Project Lead

Responsibilities • Define product vision, architecture, road map and growth opportunities with the Product Owner. • Roll multiple roadmaps into a single view for product strategy. • To ensure the team hits deadlines with a Timeline, visualize roadmap data by theme with a List. • Create flexible product workflows to prioritise ideas and new release launches. • To understand and articulate the identified problem, the solution and what the product would look like with the solution place. • To create visual prototypes of the solution to validate the solution design. • To identify patterns to know how well the product is working or where are the pain areas. To define metrics for measuring product adoption, and retention. • To validate a change before committing, define validation methods, balance user validation, and be willing to challenge, test, and iterate on product ideas. • Conduct and utilize market analytics to make data-driven suggestions for product improvements. • Acquire data, create new training datasets, and improve those pipelines. • Work with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact and business goals. • Execute the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer experience objectives. • Plan development in sprint planning sessions with the product manager. • Provide clarity on user stories, acceptance criteria, and desired outcomes. • Ensure ongoing performance, efficiency and stability of the data platform by optimising data pipelines in AWS. • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement user-centric designs. • Participate in UAT to validate that features meet customer requirements and expectations. • Carry out technical presentations with internal and external stakeholders.
