Sales Executive

JOB BRIEF: We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. You need to have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for Sales Leads. • Managing sales activity within the business portfolio and product range. • Promote and demonstration of Company's product to new and prospective leads. • Monitoring competitor’s business-related activities. • Giving lead proposal, negotiation and sales confirmation. • Achieving weekly prospecting and face to face appointments goals. • Self-time management and punctuality of reporting submission. QUALIFICATIONS a. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business studies or relevant discipline. • Candidates must have at least 3 years relevant experience in sales line, preferably those from office automation products industry. • Computer Literate (Able to use Microsoft Office software effectively (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint). • Good communication & negotiation skill. • Good Customer Services skills & knowledge. • Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Mandarin Speaker is an added advantage. b. Person Specification: • Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively. • A good team player, self-started, dynamic, result-driven, multi-tasking and able to work with less supervision & independently. • Must be pleasant, well-groomed, and matured.
