Hit monthly target and quarterly target for added incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to attract and identify top talent.
Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future roles.
Onboarding & Employee Integration:
Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the company.
Prepare and coordinate the necessary documents, orientation, and training for new employees.
Talent Pool Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged for future job openings.
Work to create a diverse talent pipeline for all roles within the company.
Promote the company’s culture and values during recruitment processes.
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and candidate records in the HR system.
Assist in generating recruitment metrics and reports to track the efficiency and success of recruitment efforts.
Provide regular updates to the Talent Manager on recruitment progress and challenges.
Key Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate assessment techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
Familiarity with labor laws and recruitment regulations in Malaysia is a plus.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Ability to adapt to changing recruitment demands and work under pressure.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
