Project Title: Order Management Associate (Internship)

Job Description:

As an order management associate (Intern), you will have to work closely with experienced Sales Operations Specialists to provide superior customer service to Micron’s esteemed customers. This will require you to build a network of contacts (both external and internal) to provide exceptional experience for Micron’s customer. You are expected to identify, participate, and drive system and process improvements in Customer’s Operations Process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure Sox compliance of Order Entry and Order Management Activities.

· End to end management of Customer Orders (from order entry to delivery), ensuring that a professional, collaborative and engaged relationship is developed and maintained.

· Collaborate closely with internal partners for operational efficiency.

· Identify areas of improvement and drive continuous improvement for Supply Commit Process to customer’s portals

· Co-develop / monitor and analyze service KPI of Hub Operators and internal stakeholders for Micron’s owned consignment inventories.

Requirements (Skills Needed):

· Strong interest in Customer Relationship Management and Supply Chain Operations

· Exceptional Communication Skills (both oral and written)

· Self-motivated and strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

· Multilingual Proficiency and VBA knowledge preferred

Requirements:

Degree in Operation Management, Business Administration, International Business & Marketing
