Job Responsibility

1. Operation Management

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
• Monitor workflow and manage schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.

  2. Process Improvement

  • Analyze existing processes and systems for inefficiencies.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Ensure that best practices are followed across the organization.

    3. Data Analysis and Reporting

    • Track key operational metrics and prepare regular reports.
    • Use data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Present findings and make recommendations to senior management.

      4. Compliance and Risk Management

      • Ensure that all operational activities comply with company policy and SOPs.
      • Identify potential risks in operations and work to mitigate them.
      • Stay updated with relevant policies and SOPs.

        5. Administration Management

        • Assist in creating and managing operational budgets.
        • Monitor and control operational expenses to stay within budget.
        • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

• Languages Required: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
