Senior Marketing Executive
1. Social Media Management - Develop and execute content strategy for social media platforms (e.g Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu etc) - Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging posts aligned with marketing goals. - Coordinate with the team to capture high-quality photos, videos, and promotional materials showcasing the shop and prizes. - Respond to comments, messages, and interactions promptly and professionally to foster engagement and customer satisfaction. - Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategy. - Run paid advertising campaigns on social platforms to increase brand awareness and foot traffic. 2. Collaboration - Identify and build partnerships with merchandise suppliers (e.g., food, snacks, toys) to attract more customers. - Partner with nearby businesses (cafes, restaurants, and retail shops) to create mutually beneficial marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with influencers or content creators to promote the shop and events through authentic and engaging content. 3. Events & Promotions - Plan, organize, and execute themed events for major celebrations and holidays (e.g., Christmas, Chinese New Year, Halloween, Valentine’s Day etc). - Coordinate seasonal promotions, tournaments, or challenges to attract new customers and retain existing ones. - Manage event logistics, including decorations, prizes, and customer participation strategies. - Promote events through online and offline channels to maximize attendance and engagement. - Coordinate with team for arrangement of shop's products, prizes and merchandizes. 4. Budget Management - Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. - Monitor expenses and ROI for campaigns and events to maintain financial efficiency. - Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals for marketing materials and event needs. 5. Competitor Analysis & Market Research - Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand market trends and promotional strategies. - Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to adjust marketing approaches accordingly. - Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings and tailor marketing campaigns. 6. Creative Direction - Provide creative direction for in-store branding, promotional materials, and advertisements. - Develop unique and eye-catching themes or concepts to differentiate the claw machine shop from competitors. - Oversee the design and production of flyers, posters, banners, and other marketing collateral. 7. Customer Engagement - Monitor point redemption programs to encourage repeat visits. - Design in-store experiences that enhance customer enjoyment and satisfaction, such as lucky draw, interactive displays, points redemption systems. - Monitor customer behavior and feedback to improve the shop’s appeal and offerings. 8. Team Leadership - Train and mentor staff to support marketing initiatives, including event coordination and customer interaction. - Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans. - Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the team to encourage fresh ideas. 9. Reporting & Analytics - Compile regular reports on marketing performance, including social media metrics, campaign ROI, and customer engagement levels. - Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve outcomes.
- Proven experience in marketing, brand management, and partnership building.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
