1. Stay focused on the resort’s Vision and ensuring all tasks carried out are in accordance to the resort’s established Mission Statement. 2. Supervise, lead and train all team members within the housekeeping department. 3. Conduct daily inspection of entire resort premises, including guest rooms, public area and washrooms, landscape compound, restaurant outlet, as well as administrative offices. 4. Verify daily tasks to Public Area Attendant and Laundry Attendant. Verify daily maid assignment report to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency. 5. Update all associates on various information via daily briefing and communication log book. 6. Achieve annual KPI established with strategic action plan implementation. 7. Manage daily consumption of guest supplies, including room amenities, coffee, tea, mini bar stock supplies, etc. Ensure proper daily record is updated. 8. Organize and conduct monthly inventory for linen, guest supplies as well as operating equipment as determined by established policy. Request stock and guest supplies based on established par level. 9. Ensure all working tools and equipment are in good working condition and following proper usage procedures and method. 10. Fully aware of key control and policies, especially on usage of master keys. 11. Record and safekeeping of all lost and found items as per policy established. 12. Ensure all room linen are cleaned and processed properly. Any missing or damage linen must be recorded immediately. 13. Handle guest laundry in a safe and proper manner. Maximize the laundry sales to the best possible.
