QC INSPECTOR

• Perform daily incoming, outgoing, in-process sampling inspection. • Responsible in completing inspection and records quality status in reports. • Ensure products quality conformed to customer’s requirements. • Conducts investigation and provides alternative action if corrective or preventive action is not effective. • Responsible for the quality inspection of incoming materials from suppliers and finished products from production before delivery to customers. • Conduct incoming/outgoing inspection to ensure compliance to project specification • Ability to interpret drawing and specification. • Ensure incoming material inspection conform to specification, standards requirement. • Follow up on production line reject and incorporate into inspection check sheet. • Filling, maintain and update all the relevant QA reports.
