1. Report & follow task given by the Head Of Front Office Department/ Supervisor/ FOA 2. Stay focused on the resort’s Vision and ensuring all tasks carried out are in accordance to the resort’s established Mission Statement. 3. Raise and retrieve flags as per guidelines provided. 4. To follow all the Hotel & Department Policy during running the shift 5. Always be on ready mode to assist the guest at jetty upon arrival or departure to have good connection with the boat operator. 6. Handle guest luggage in a secure and safe manner, promptly, to and from the jetty or guest rooms. 7. Upon guest check in to give welcome drinks and cool towel at lobby area. 8. Tag all guest luggage while in custody to avoid mix-up. 9. Record all stored luggage and ensure proper identification prior to releasing back a luggage. 10. Assist guest to the room and to brief by introducing, explaining available facilities and amenities in the room. 11. Recommend activities for guests. Priority must be directed to activities available in house. 12. Provide excellent and warmth service to all guests with a genuine smile. 13.
