Social Media Management: Develop and post daily content on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram to boost brand visibility and engagement. Stay updated on social media trends to enhance content strategies. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via WhatsApp to provide information, address inquiries, and follow up on orders. Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement. Record Keeping and Administration: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Assist in organizing and managing content and sales data efficiently. Qualifications: Familiarity with Capcut and Inshot for video editing. Experience in managing social media platforms, particularly Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet daily content and sales goals.
