Responsibilities:
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services;
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices;
- Identify and correct or advise on operational issues in clients’ computer systems;
- PC assembly, installation, testing and troubleshooting;
- Fully comply with company procedures, guidelines and policies;
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- A self-starter, responsible, analytical with good-attitude.
- Possess good communication and technical skills with consultative skills as well as customer-oriented skills.
- Initiative, fast learner and confident.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Digital Mall, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
