Position: Inspector of Work
Location Of Work : SK RANCANGAN BELIA TIULON, KENINGAU SABAH

Requirements:

-Minimum 5 years of experience in inspection-related roles.
-Diploma in a relevant field.
-Valid and current Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) certificate.

Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Review and assess project plans, specifications, and construction activities.
Identify and report on non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with project teams to address quality and safety concerns.
Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Diploma in a related field.
Valid BEM certificate.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and construction standards.
