• Arrange and coordinate with consignee for freight arrangement, Port of loading requirement, Malaysia custom clearance and delivery • Strong knowledge of ocean freight operations and custom documentation • Relaying any special requirements and pertinent information to the terminal and any other relevant party • Prepare arrival notice timely – email/deliver to Broker and consignee to enable custom clearance and transportation • Monitor all containers’ arrival to eliminate storage charges ensuring prompt delivery to warehouse/consignee factory • Develop Delivery Order in company system and release delivery to consignee Requirements: • Minimum requirement SPM/STPM or Diploma Qualification or Higher Qualification • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (applicants with industry background will have advantage) • Experience in Ocean Import coordination, and strong knowledge of ocean freight operations and documentation • Familiar in customs regulations and compliance • Proficiency in logistics software and MS office applications • Good communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work under pressure, work independently, multiple tasks, manage time effectively, proactive problem-solving and a team player are essential • Willing to learn. A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development is a must, as the logistics industry is fast-paced and ever-changing. • Self-motivated and initiative
