Next.js Developer

We are seeking an exceptional Next.js Developer to join our team of industry-leading professionals. This position involves working on high-complexity projects requiring deep technical knowledge, multitasking across various domains, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. The role is highly demanding, with multiple responsibilities spanning design, development, optimization, and deployment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain cutting-edge web applications using Next.js, React.js, and modern JavaScript standards. • Design, implement, and manage SSR (Server-Side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), and ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration) across complex use cases. • Optimize for high performance, scalability, and SEO, ensuring lightning-fast load times and exceptional Lighthouse scores. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and DevOps, to deliver end-to-end solutions. • Handle multiple integrations, including RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and other third-party services. • Implement advanced state management using Redux, Zustand, or Context API. • Write comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest, Cypress, and Testing Library. • Ensure strict security standards, including OWASP best practices, data encryption, and secure API consumption. • Manage deployments on platforms such as Vercel, AWS, or custom CI/CD pipelines, ensuring zero downtime rollouts. • Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments, providing immediate resolutions to mission-critical problems. • Maintain extensive documentation for codebases, workflows, and technical specifications. • Language knowledge in Burmese is a plus to engage with potential clients and support business expansion. Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Fluency in Burmese is essential to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. • 3+ years of professional experience in web development, with at least 3 years focusing on Next.js and React.js. • Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of asynchronous programming and functional programming paradigms. • Advanced knowledge of SSR, SSG, and ISR concepts, with experience implementing these at scale. • Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Context API. • Strong understanding of CSS-in-JS solutions, such as Styled Components, Emotion, or TailwindCSS. • Hands-on experience with performance profiling, memory optimization, and debugging production-grade applications. • Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and workflows (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD). • Familiarity with advanced testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) and debugging tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools, Sentry). • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Fluency in writing and maintaining custom webpack configurations, custom ESLint rules, and basic CI/CD pipelines. Desired Skills: • Knowledge of Next.js middleware and API routes for building full-stack applications. • Experience with serverless architecture and deploying applications on platforms like Vercel, AWS Lambda, or Firebase. • Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo Client for API consumption. • Expertise in advanced SEO techniques, including structured data and schema markup. • Understanding of Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and advanced browser capabilities.
