Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Manager in managing HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.
  • Plan and lead employee engagement activities to build a positive workplace culture.
  • Address employee grievances, provide counseling, and promote open communication.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience with solid knowledge of Malaysian labor laws.
  • Creative, proactive, and passionate about employee engagement.
  • Must have reliable transportation for work-related tasks.
  • Experience with expatriates and foreign workers is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
