Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Manager in managing HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.
- Plan and lead employee engagement activities to build a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee grievances, provide counseling, and promote open communication.
- Work closely with management to enhance workplace culture, boost productivity, and improve employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with solid knowledge of Malaysian labor laws.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about employee engagement.
- Must have reliable transportation for work-related tasks.
- Experience with expatriates and foreign workers is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
