Working hrs: 24/7 rotational shifts (Any 5 working days)
Intake - 3rd Jan & 6th Jan
Budget - RM3200 + RM 300 Project allowance + 300 kpi + night shift allowance
- Provide outstanding customer service to users over phone, email, and/or live chat regarding product selection, services and issues.
- Focus on delivering on key results like customer satisfaction, first time resolution, efficiency and quality metrics.
