The key responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Managing and ensuring growth for the category • Source new items and new suppliers • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance. • Optimise inventory, monitor and replenishment effort, ensuring items are always available. • Execute strategic sourcing initiatives and cost-saving measures. • Provide data-driven analysis on sourcing and supply. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree qualification or equivalent in any field will be a plus but not compulsory • Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills • Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently • Proactive approach & continuous curiosity about new products in the market • Language requirements: English & BM (Mandarin & Cantonese will be a plus)
