Office Manager (Mandarin Speaking) Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our dynamic team at Creative Dental Technologies Sdn Bhd Malaysia-Digital Dental Lab. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently, and supporting the smooth functioning of the office environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing office functions. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment. • Manage office supplies, inventory, and ensure necessary resources are available for staff. • Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and direct them appropriately. • Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital. • Prepare and manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency. • Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers. • Provide general administrative support to senior management as needed. • Packing of incoming and outgoing cases, organize riders to deliver/collect case. • Maintained up to date schedule of the cases. • Communicate with doctors, about cases. • Update accounts transactions into SQL database. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a similar role. • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SQL accounting software. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality.
