- Yield Analysis and Process Support - Monitor process yields throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem and implementation, drive internal corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA) including supplier and order reinvestigation with plan. - Primary contact between the customer and the plant and must ensure that all appropriate actions to support the customer are understood, agreed and implemented by all parties to improve quality levels. - Ensure and plan the achievement of key performance index of the QA department includes directing, managing and coordinating activities of functional groups outside of the quality organization to achieve customer quality requirements. (Product specification, SPC, RoHS,etc) - Drive Continuous Improvement on product quality, process control, human error reduction, zero defect efforts, detection and preventive actions with the team members. - Customer Corrective Action Support – Referring to the Customer Scorecard or Customer Portal, drive customer corrective actions by carrying out root cause failure analysis, cross-sectioning, dimensional analysis, or other means and ensure effective 8D Report with implementation. In addition, communicate with customers when necessary to ensure verification of corrective actions. - Ensuring that proper visual aid or operator guide for inspection are available for Production and Quality Assurance Department. - To review PFMEA, Control Plan, SOPs and work instructions and ensure their sufficiency and effectiveness in assuring product quality includes performing process audit from time to time toward quality management system according to QMS Standard. - Stop line or shipment authorization - He/she is fully authorized to call for stop line or shipment at any point of time with regards to quality issues that in his/her justification can impact customer's products. - To undertake any additional job and responsibilities from superior from time to time.
