CNC CAD DESIGNER EXPERT

BHD seeks a CNC CAD DESIGNER EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting out. • Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings for components, assemblies, and tooling using software. • Ensure designs meet technical and quality standards while optimizing for manufacturing feasibility. • Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for various machines using software. • Perform toolpath simulations to verify accuracy and efficiency. • Generate and maintain accurate documentation, including setup sheets, tool lists, and process instructions for CNC machines. • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure documentation aligns with project requirements. • Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. • Troubleshoot and resolve design or machining issues during the production process. • Select appropriate materials, cutting tools, and machining parameters for specific projects. • Monitor tool wear and recommend replacements or adjustments as necessary. • Conduct quality checks on prototypes and finished parts to ensure adherence to design specifications and tolerances. • Work closely with quality assurance teams to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions. • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, machinists, and project managers, to ensure project objectives are met. Required Skills: The required skills for the position CNC CAD DESIGNER EXPERT are as follow: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in CNC Cad Design. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification.
