Business Development Officer

Responsibilities - Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape - Create and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals - Partners with other members of the business development team in the creation and implementation of operational and strategic marketing - Collaborate with the management team to set growth goals and strategies. - Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing structures with clients and partners - Assist in generating new business opportunities - Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field - Experience in sales, marketing, or business development - Strong verbal and written communication skills for pitching ideas and negotiating - Ability to access market trends and data for decision-making - Team player with strategic thinking ability - Understanding of the company's products/services and the target market - Organized, well-disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a group - Basic MS office skills
