Job Descriptions: • To assists the Manager – Petroleum Services and Senior Engineer Service in the promotion, sales and service of all rotating Equipment products for the oil and gas. The equipment will involves rotating equipment such as Reciprocating Pump & Compressor, Internal Combustion Engines and Gas Compressor. • To provide technical support in project execution, maintenance services, commissioning activities, turnaround and maintenance jobs and site visits. • To assists in reviewing the project thoroughly and dealing with required documentation throughout the bidding exercise. • To manage the procurement side of projects such as summary report, cost estimation, correspondences and project work scope. • Compiling and organizing filing, documentation and reporting systems effectively for the service operation futile references. • Recommend measures to improve operation process and quality of services. • To provide and deal with OEM to get technical support for customers, including operation/maintenance that involves Rotating Equipment such as Non Caterpillar Engine, Pump and Air Compressor located in offshore and onshore. • Have strong basic understanding of Air & Gas Compressor and IC Engine fundamental and knowledge in maintenance and troubleshooting will add advantage. • Responsible to lead the service team and monitoring the daily service technician’s operation. • Preparing PTW, JHA, WMS and etc before work execution. • Experiences in using precision tools ( Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Dail gauge and etc). • Responsible on the job control and to ensure all the service operation are in progress to meet the customer satisfaction. • Provide technical & network training to the service technician from time to time or depends on the requirement. • Responsible to implement and bring improvement to the service department in terms of the quality service and problem solving. • Evaluate department processes. Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysis. • Ensure staff in accordance with company policies and procedures • Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals. • Serve on committees and teams as department representative.
