UI/UX DESIGNER Are you a creative thinker with a knack for crafting user-centric experiences? Do you dream in wireframes and prototypes, obsessed with making the digital world intuitive and delightful? If you're a recent graduate with a passion for UI/UX design, we want you on our team! We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in the entire design process, from understanding user needs to crafting beautiful and functional interfaces for our digital products. Responsibilities • Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. • Developer user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions. • Design user interfaces (UI) that are aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and consistent with brand guidelines. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts, and user flows. • Collaborate with front-end and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UI designs. • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback. • Stay up to date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices. Qualifications • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design or a related field (or equivalent experience). • At least 1 year in related field. • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and methodologies. • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma or Adobe. XD). (Bonus points for experience with both!). • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for details and aesthetics. • Strong understanding of user centered design (UCD) principles. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise visual representations.
