Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with sales processes, customer interactions, and office tasks to ensure smooth operation of sales activities. - Assist with processing and managing sales orders and transactions. - Prepare sales-related reports and documentation. - Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, or in-person. - Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents. - Update and maintain customer and sales databases. - Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales data and customer information.
