QC inspector

1. Perform daily inspection as per PMP/ II / SOP or delegated quality standards 2. Report to QA Supervisor on any discrepancy found, include daily rejection rate over the set target. 3. To fill up the inspection reports. 4. To stamp on the Goods Received Note (GRN) /DO/Job Order/Inspection Reports after each incoming/in-process/final inspection. 5. Initial notification for rejection/ defect & report daily quality issue, to withhold material/ product until it has been inspected. 6. Initiate rework form, closing monitor and follow up on rejected sorting /rework activity, to ensure Rework activities is closed timely. 7. Responsible to meet the KPI target monthly. 8. To have RoHS awareness on daily duties. 9. Care & use equipment correctly, ensure instrument used is within due date. 10. Perform daily 6S activity. 11. To perform any other duties that assigned by the Superior Requirements: - Experience in QC job functions, working as QC Inspector is preferred. - Min. SPM - Good eyesight - Able to understand product tolerance / drawing / Inspection Instruction / product defects - Able to use measuring equipment - Able to read / write simple English - Basic knowledge and use of computer programs such as Microsoft Excel
