Maintenance technician

a. To take appropriate action to resolve the problems which may develop from time to time as advised by the production or other departments. b. Helping production personal to continuously improve, upgrade and modified the production machine for optimum operation. c. To ensure the air-conditioning system are running smoothly and conduct servicing as per schedule. d. Routine checking and inspection power supply switch board, electrical lighting and all other equipment to ensure it running smoothly. e. To get advice from superior in order to repair and modified faulty machinery. f. To service the machinery according to the schedule servicing. g. To take action on the manual machinery schedule which set forth. h. To compile the document and write Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for new arrival machinery, conduct the installation qualification and verified on the new machines with help of either supplier or superior. i. To set up the new machine and ensure it works properly prior to use in production. j. Any other duties which may require from time to time in order for smooth function of other department such as laboratory , store and others.
