We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Food & Beverage Director to oversee the strategic direction, operational excellence, and profitability of our diverse portfolio of F&B outlets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, optimizing F&B offerings, and driving innovation across multiple venues. Key Responsibilities  Lead the F&B strategy for the group, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards.  Oversee daily operations across all outlets, ensuring exceptional service quality and cost-efficiency.  Develop and implement new menus, promotions, and dining concepts to meet customer demands.  Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls for all F&B operations.  Drive staff recruitment, training, and development, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.  Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.  Build relationships with suppliers and partners to optimize product offerings and pricing.
