BUSINESS ANALYST

• Assists in the identification and analysis of business requirements and systems specifications. • Act as the liaison between users and technical staff throughout the solution implementation cycle. • Conducts feasibility studies and analyses on the risk and benefits of proposed solutions. • Assists with translating business requirements into functional specifications, and document specifications. • Evaluate the ability of an existing system to support proposed changes and identify system deficiencies and performance gaps. • Supports users on change control and systems updates and User Acceptance Testing and integration testing by the implementation plan. Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Management, or related discipline. • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Possesses an analytical mind and can see interlinkages with system solutions and usability. • Competent in business needs analysis and business requirement mapping.
