ID Quantity Surveyor Admin

Responsibilities: - Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, cost estimations, BQ, and material take-offs. - Source and liaise with suppliers and contractors to obtain quotations and ensure competitive pricing. - Coordinate with project managers and contractors to resolve cost-related issues and ensure effective communication regarding cost management strategies. - Prepare and negotiate final accounts and closeout reports. - Maintain organized project documentation, records, and filing systems. - Manage the boss's calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are efficiently scheduled. - Provide support during meetings, including taking notes and following up on action items. - Assist with ad hoc tasks and errands as assigned by the boss. Requirements: - Diploma & Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field. - Min 3 years of working experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the interior design industry. - Understanding of construction contracts, tendering processes, and procurement methods applicable to interior design projects. - Preferable Mandarin speaker Why Join Us? - Regular working hours (Monday to Friday) 9:30 am – 6:30 pm - Green, wellness working environment, free parking, close to amenities. - Attractive rewarding package based on work performance. - Medical claims.
