1. Overall responsibility of daily platform catering and living quarters operations. 2. Liaise with Operation Manager to ensure agreement compliance and ensure daily catering, hygiene, safety and housekeeping standards are met. 3. Required to perform related training program to the catering crew under their supervisory area to make sure the catering crew is always motivated towards rendering excellence service. 4. To interact with internal and external customers to ensure all incoming and outgoing personnel and items are processed in a timely fashion, undertakes inductions to new guests. 5. To conduct hygiene audits in the living quarters and kitchen including use by date and storage methodologies to ensure living quarters and kitchen health and sanitation standards are maintained. 6. To set work priorities and respond to changing external priorities that impact on daily planned activities. 7. To coordinate emergency response activities and situations, to coach & train team members within the context of fire and emergency response team. 8. To prepare reports for Operation Manager as required including daily accommodation and catering status report. 9. To supervise catering operation crews 10. To manage all incoming and outgoing email. 11. To maintain rules and regulations at offshore in accordance with Company policies and procedures. 12. Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company's Health, Safety & Environment Management System requirements. 13. Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace. 14. Coordinate with Crew Coordinator on Crew’s roaster 15. Follow and maintain Company standards of Operating Procedures. 16. Closely monitor with Chief cook on the budget given by Operation Manager. 17. To monitor and maintain all crew personal hygiene as per food act regulation. HSE It shall be the duties while at work- a) To take reasonable care for the safety and health of himself and of other persons who may be affected by his acts or omissions at work; b) To co-operate with his employer or any other person in the discharge of any duty or requirement imposed on the employer or that other person by this Act or any regulation made thereunder; c) To wear or use at all times any protective equipment or clothing provided by the employer for the purpose of preventing risks to his safety and health; and d) To comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health instituted by his employer or any other person by or under this Act or any regulation made thereunder.
