As a Senior Executive in Human Capital, you will assist the Head of Department (HOD) in managing various Talent Management activities. Your role will encompass the following scopes : Job Description Talent Acquisition Assist in the ongoing strategy focusing on long-term Human Capital planning to acquire the right talent with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude. Execute a comprehensive onboarding program for new employees to align them with the company's culture and systems. Talent Development Assist in assessing talent competencies through effective assessment approaches. Execute appropriate training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities and improve organizational performance and compliance. Talent Retention Manage talent retention strategies to retain employees through effective Engagement activities Employee welfare plans Employee performance management systems Compensation and benefits packages Career progression planning We are seeking an individual who is ready to take on challenges in a start-up environment, able to start work immediately, and passionate about contributing to our company's growth. Requirement : Min 5 years experience's in Human Resource Management Degree in related field (HR) Can start by February 2025 would be an advantage Working hours : Monday to Friday (8am-5:30pm)
