The Procure to Pay (P2P) Specialist is responsible to support Indonesia market's business requirements with primary objective is to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing of invoices while maintaining compliance with established protocols. The role is crucial in driving improvements within the invoice processing workflow, enhancing overall operational efficiency, and supporting the financial integrity of the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Coach junior staff to perform the invoice checking according to the SLA. • Implement standard invoice checking process and drive for the harmonization cross CBUs to reduce the exceptional management. • Process Improvement and contribute to the enhancement of overall processes to improve efficiency • Ensure the development of a good relationship with suppliers and relevant functions in the CBU. • Guarantee effective internal control in the perimeter assigned and contribute to implement actions plans. • Invoice Processing Efficiently receive, digitize, and sort invoices in accordance with established procedures • Digitalization facilitates the digitalization of invoices to streamline electronic record-keeping and improve accessibility • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and accurate end-to-end invoice processing within the P2P department • Support and contributes to internal process optimization and governance • Follow up KPI result to improve process efficiency and governance control • Ad hoc tasks or projects allocated by management Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration. • At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end P2P process handling large volume transaction experience in SAP system. • MUST be able to read, write and speak with fluent Bahasa Indonesia proficiency in a business context as you are required to present your case to the stakeholders that are based in Indonesia. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with different teams and stakeholders. • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to drive initiatives and projects to completion • A proactive, result-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
