(Salary of RM7,000 to RM8,000 per month with food allowance) Qualifications/Skills: • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Engineering or Facilities Management, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia • At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in Facilities Operation or in the related field is required for this position. • A strong background in troubleshooting processes is a big plus. • It will also be best if they are either a license Mechanical or Electric Engineer or at least with significant experience in technical and facilities’ operations, ensuring all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met. • Most familiar in all Facilities Management such as HVAC, STP, Chiller System, Fire Protection System, CCTV, Access Control, BMS System, UPS, etc. • Good communicator, team leader and able to work well with Superiors & Colleagues and support departmental decisions. • Experience in tender processes and procedures is valued. • Preferably Manager specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent. • Preferably with chargeman certificate and license of at least an A4. • Preferably has attended CIDB Courses - CSS - Certified Site Supervisor and/or DOSH Safety Courses - OSH Certificate. Duties and Responsibilities: • To be in charge of building maintenance and facility management for the entire facility. This includes maintenance and repair of equipment, cleaning and security. • To manage the Maintenance Department and staff. • To implement and monitor maintenance activities include corrective and preventive maintenance, operations, repair, upgrading and improvement works and to schedule routine inspection and identify maintenance issues. • To ensure daily tasks are performed and checklists done. • To maintain good communication with technicians, suppliers and contractors to resolve equipment problems and maintenance issues. • To have good report/proposal/minutes of meeting writing skills and communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. • To liaise with authorities/Bomba/etc. • To monitor all PR and PO so that they are done in a timely manner. • Has acquired some basic knowledge on how to handle and manage Projects from Inception, Design, Procurement and up to final Completion of work. ensuring the final acceptance with Certificate of Warranty. • To liaise with the House and Grounds Committee Chairman and Committee members. • To project manage any renovations/upgrading works in the Club and coordinate relevant parties/departments involved.
