As an Associate supporting Process Engineering, you will be trusted to responsible to ensure calibration activities are performed efficiently to ensure plant wide equipment/ machinery/ instruments are in calibrated state at Johor, Malaysia. In this role, a typical day will include:
To perform calibration datasheet/ certificate review, IMTE registration and support ad-hoc calibration activities.
Monitor and support 3rd party calibration activities such as request quotation, raise purchase requisition (PR), follow up PO progress, service request report closure, shipment progress, arrange schedule for on-site calibration job and deal with vendor for any calibration issues.
Perform SOP Periodic review, and support completion of NCI, CAPA and EC closure on timely manner.
Participate/ support in improvement projects for continuous improvement such as cost savings, process optimization and improve process efficiency.
Ensure all calibration documents and practices are in compliance to applicable procedures and quality standards.
Ensure compliance to data integrity requirements.
Establish and ensure SOPs and documentation are compliance with OSHA, ISO 13485, GxP, and US regulations.
To Observe and ensure full Compliance with Alcon Health Safety and Environment Standards.
Adhere to Alcon Value and standards, observe and ensure full compliance with Code of Business Conducts
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering or Manufacturing fields: or
Diploma in Science, Engineering or Manufacturing fields with at least 3 years of working experience in Calibration operations in manufacturing environment
Working experience: At least 1 years working experience in a manufacturing environment.
Prefer candidate with working experiences in Medical / Pharmaceutical industry or familiar with calibration requirements.
