Job Duties: - Greets visitors, schedules appointments, and directs them to the right staff. - Answers calls, screens phone calls, takes messages, and ensures timely delivery. - Handles incoming and outgoing mail, drafts routine responses, and maintains records. - Takes photos of new staff and issues security badges. - Manages Lost and Found items and takes meeting minutes. - Provides clerical support, including document preparation and filing. - Handles administrative tasks in procurement, asset management, and office renovation. - Ensures office supplies are available and equipment is maintained. - Coordinates meeting room reservations and performs other duties as needed.
