About the Role

Swift is a member-owned cooperative that provides the communication platform, products and services to connect more than 10,000 banking organizations, securities institutions and corporate customers in 211 countries. Driven by unprecedented regulatory pressure, increased customer expectations and fierce competition, the financial services landscape is transforming rapidly and Swift just renewed its ambition to deliver instant and frictionless transactions. In this context, the Swift Human Resources (HR) team enables the Swift strategy by aligning and optimizing its workforce. The core HR mission involves attracting, developing, and retaining talents, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and active participation in both driving and supporting Swift's strategic priorities. Through our Swift ways of working, HR fosters the right behaviors to cultivate a collaborative, customer-focused and continuous learning culture.

Earlier in 2024, Swift HR unveiled its 2024-2026 People Strategy, a key enabler for Swift's strategic priorities on Talent and Culture, focusing on four different goals including a new one called Data and Technology. With Data and Technology, we aim to transform Swift Human Resources into a data-driven HR organization, utilizing data and technology to provide actionable insights, empower managers, and enhance operational efficiency. It will require a particular focus on People data and data capabilities to offer easier access to more and better data in a secure way. It will also require more advanced analytics to provide a stellar experience to users in HR and beyond (e.g. people leaders or any other key stakeholders).
