- To develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients to grow the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase solutions to clients.
- Prepare and follow up on sales proposals and quotations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.Project Management
- To develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application for clients.
- Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
General
- To perform other sales-related tasks and customer management responsibilities as assigned by your superior and/ or management from time to time. IT is expected that you fulfill these assigned responsibilities to satisfaction.
- Possesses Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or any related field or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT sales or any sales-related field.
- Passion for sales and business development with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel across Malaysia and overseas if needed.
