Business Development

  • To develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients to grow the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales proposals and quotations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.Project Management
  • To develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application for clients.
  • Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.

General

  • To perform other sales-related tasks and customer management responsibilities as assigned by your superior and/ or management from time to time. IT is expected that you fulfill these assigned responsibilities to satisfaction.
  • Possesses Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or any related field or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT sales or any sales-related field.
  • Passion for sales and business development with a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel across Malaysia and overseas if needed.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
