        Staff Management:

        • Train and mentor production team members to improve their skills and productivity.

        • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve efficiency.

          Process Optimization:

          • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
          • Troubleshoot production issues and propose solutions promptly.

            Health and Safety Compliance:

            • Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and environmental regulations.
            • Conduct regular safety drills and training for production staff.
            • Address and report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.

              Reporting and Communication:

              • Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, quality metrics, and operational challenges to management.
              • Act as a liaison between management and production staff.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Knowledge of quality control systems and production planning.
    • Familiarity with chemical safety and handling procedures.
    • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
    • Language: Proficiency in Mandarin and Malay (to communicate with the team and management effectively).
