Job Brief
Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
Responsibilities
• Develop marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives by developing and executing marketing plans according to the timeline.
• Develop brand posting plans in the digital sphere.
• Develop marketing collaterals and content for marketing communications/posting.
• Identify business and collaboration opportunities.
• Analyze & propose strategy and generate sales related report on timely manner to ensure management are able to keep track of the sales progress.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social medias that attracts and converts our target groups
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Job Requirements:
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent from a recognised university.
• Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience, ideally in marketing, financial services, e-commerce or advertising industry.
• Familiar with social media content generation, campaigns, analytics, tracking and brand engagement.
• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, AdsManager, SEO & Google Analytics will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in social media reporting, Google Analytics and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop will be an added advantage.
• Results-oriented and data-driven, able to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan.
• Resourceful and creative, knack for identifying great creative marketing.
