Sales / Business Development Executive

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team specializing in printing labels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the printing label industry. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Working 5 days in a week Company phone + Sim Attractive Petrol and Car Allowance We also encourage fresh graduates who are willing to grow with us Key Responsibilities: · You will need generate leads through various channels, including online research, cold calls, networking events, and referrals. · Identify and research potential clients in the target market · Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our label printing capabilities. · Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients. · Provide product knowledge and technical information to clients, helping them understand our offerings. · Understand clients' needs and requirements, offering tailored solutions and ensuring client satisfaction. · Regularly follow up with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and upsell additional products and services Job Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. · Proven experience in sales, preferably in the printing or labeling industry. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Excellent negotiation and closing skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Knowledge of printing processes, label materials, and industry trends is a plus. · A valid driver's license and access to transportation may be required for client visits. · Able to communicate is Mandarin
