Housekeeping: Assist with daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. Support housekeeping staff in ensuring rooms meet the highest cleanliness and quality standards. Help with inventory management of cleaning supplies and linen. Interact with guests to fulfill any room-related requests and ensure their satisfaction. Front Office: Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures. Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Support Front Desk operations by maintaining accurate guest records and processing payments.
