Maintenance Technician

1. Inspect buildings, equipment, and machine to identify any issues. 2. Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures including hostel issue. 3. Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures. 4. Plan and schedule repairs. 5. Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard. 6. Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies. 7. Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards. 8. Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.). 9. Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc..) 10. Other responsibilities as assigned by Production Executive.
