PRODUCTION CLERK

JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Inventory Management: i) Maintain an organized inventory of Foley catheters and related supplies. ii) Assist to monitor stock levels, reorder supplies, and track product expiration dates. Order Processing: i) Process orders from healthcare facilities and distributors accurately and in a timely manner. ii) Coordinate with production teams to ensure on-time delivery of requested products. Documentation and Recordkeeping: i) Maintain detailed and accurate records of all Foley catheter production and distribution activities. ii) Prepare reports on production, inventory levels, and sales for management review. Quality Assurance: i) Assist in quality control procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards. ii) Report any product defects or quality issues to the appropriate personnel. Customer Service: i) Provide assistance and support to customers regarding orders, product inquiries, and concerns. ii) Address customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution. REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant education or training in healthcare administration or related field is a plus. • Previous experience in healthcare production, inventory management, or administrative roles is preferred. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality control processes.
