Finance Section Chief (印尼泗水 Surabaya)

Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational objectives. Provide financial forecasts, risk analyses, and recommendations for long-term growth and sustainability. Budget Management: Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of annual budgets. Monitor budget performance and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports. Present financial insights and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard organizational assets. Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth within the finance team. Operational Oversight: Supervise day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasury management. Implement and optimize financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a financial advisor to the executive team and board of directors. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as needed. Able to use SAP or equivalent system.
